Outsourcing is the business model that the companies gives some activity, which does not form a part of its principal activities (Core-Business), to a third specialized part.

By principal activities there are understood all those activities that form the main business of the company and by virtue of which the same one takes part on a market (such activities as: distribution and sale, manufacture, brokerage or rendering of services)
