Public Accountant with more than 30 years of professional experience,  graduated from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano university (Bogotá - Colombia) with 25 plus years of professional experience in Venezuela, he has been employed as Chief financial officer at Companies, Manager of Audit at Touche Ross Int., he has worked in Price Waterhouse and Co, Peat Marwick Mitchell, accumulating a wide experience in tax matters and tax planning, beside a wide path built in professional services of audit and financial consultancy to large companies as Banco do Brasil, Basf, Siemens Nixdorf, Banco de Venezuela, Autoagro, Helados Efe.

Public Accountant (CPA for Venezuela) & Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), member of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), graduated from the Catholic university Andrés Bello with 10 plus  years of professional experience large Accounting & Audit Services Firms, working in Deloitte and Touche and in Grant Thornton, in tasks of Supervision, planning, execution of financial audits, reviews of fulfillment of formal and legal duties, planning, evaluation and diagnose of internal controls both to management procedures and to information systems, implementation of methodology for fulfillment of Sarbanes Oxley (sections 302 and 404) duties, leader Member of the  implementation team of the Microsoft's SAM (Software Asset Management) practice in Venezuela, experienced on internal control Audits on ERP environments , has carried out specialization courses as tax consultant, information system auditing and NICs and IFRS, has accumulated a wide path in professional services of audit and consultancy to large companies as Baker Hughes, Biotech, Schering Plough, Banco Plaza, Coca-Cola Femsa, Americana de Reaseguros,  Orinoco Iron, Microsoft.
